When you contact us through any of our contact forms, we collect your name, phone number and e-mail address in order to contact you. You must provide your consent to this before contacting us. We collect the same data for the same purpose when you contact us directly through e-mail.
This is either necessary for fulfilling a contract with you or for taking steps prior to entering into contract, or it is in our legitimate interest to meet your request and to improve our business and services.
When you download any of our online resources and reports, we collect your e-mail address. You must provide your consent to this prior to receiving the resource. Your e-mail may be used for marketing purposes.
When you apply for a job through the website, we use a job application portal operated by an external service provider on our behalf, for processing and handling your job application. When you apply for a job, the service provider collects your general contact information, CV, information about your education, competencies and skills, career and work experiences and other information such as picture, social security number, job certificates, work permit, work history, references and other relevant background information.
For relevant candidates all this information will be forwarded to Wattif EV. We use this information in order to determine your eligibility for the job and select the right candidate for the position in question. With your explicit consent, we may also retain your data for the purposes of identifying you as a potential candidate for future suitable vacancies and/or to inform you of future suitable vacancies.
This is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. You can withdraw your consent or update your information at any time through the job application portal or by using the contact information available in the job application portal. Data from unsuccessful applicants will be not be kept by Wattif EV.
How we handle your data
Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the legitimate purpose(s) for the processing and as long as required by law. If you or your employer have a contractual relationship with us, any personal data relating to you will be retained as long as necessary to enable us to fulfill our obligations relating to that contractual relationship.
We will not share your personal data with third parties except for in circumstances where such sharing is necessary as part of our regular operation or to provide our services as further described in this section.
If required by law or an enforceable governmental request, we may share your personal data for legal reasons within Wattif EV and to public authorities or governments.
