You can use any charging tag – or any card with RFID – on our charging stations, as long as the tag is linked to your account and your account has access to the charging location you want to use.
This means you can use any charging tags as long as it supports RFID.
Add a charging tag
Go to the menu in the map view and select Charging Tags.
Choose Add new charging tag. You will then have two options:
- Scan the charging tag against the charger for automatic registration with the correct ID
- Register the tag manually by entering the ID

Scan QR code
If you choose to scan a QR code, you again have two options:
- Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on the charger and identify which charger you are standing by
- Enter the charger ID manually (e.g., W047XXXXXX), which you can find when you open the charger in the app
Once the charger is identified, follow the steps shown in the app.
Important: The charging cable must be connected to the car for this function to work.
If you receive a message that the charger does not exist in our network, check that you have access to the charging location by finding it in the map view, and double-check that the ID is correct.
Manual registration
When registering manually, enter the RFID tag’s ID and give it a custom name.
The payment method should always be set to Subscription or Abonnement.
Note: Some charging tags have a printed ID that does not match the actual RFID. These will not work. If the tag does not register or function, we recommend trying to scan it against a charging station.
