Why do I need a subscription?
At some locations — such as housing associations and condominiums — a subscription is required to charge. The subscription is set by Wattif based on the agreement made with your housing association.
How do I activate the subscription?
You activate the subscription directly in the app:
- Open the menu in the top left corner
- Select Subscription
- Find your housing association and activate the service

What does the subscription cover?
The subscription covers the services Wattif provides for the charging solution used by your housing association.
If you have questions about the pricing model or the agreement between your association and Wattif, please contact your housing association’s board or administrator.
When is the subscription billed?
The subscription is billed monthly in arrears and will be charged on the 1st of the following month.
