Invite users
Go to Invites in the left-hand menu and click Create Invite.
Enter the email address of the user to be invited and check Private access before clicking Create Invite.
If you want to add multiple users at once, under Invites select Actions and then Create Bulk Partner Invites. Here, you can add multiple email addresses, one per line, in the emails field.
Select Private access and click Run Action.
Remove users
If a resident moves out or no longer should have access to the charging site, follow these steps to remove the user:
Go to Invites on the left-hand menu and click the trash can icon on the row for the user to be removed.
If the user is also part of a user group (User Group), do the same there to remove them from the group.
The user must deactivate any active subscriptions themselves.
