Charging stopped before my vehicle was fully charged – what could be the reason?
If charging ends before the vehicle reaches the desired battery level, there may be several possible causes. Many vehicles have charging limits or scheduled charging settings that control how much and when charging should take place. These may be intentionally enabled, or altered following a software update. We therefore recommend checking your vehicle’s charging settings to ensure they are configured as you expect.
Network or power interruption during charging
If the charger loses power or network connection during an active charging session, the charging process may stop. In most cases it will resume automatically once the connection is restored, although this may vary depending on charger type, the duration of the interruption, and any errors that may occur. Such interruptions should be uncommon, but they can happen.
What should I do next?
If this is the first time you have experienced interrupted charging, we recommend starting a new charging session and observing whether the issue repeats. Should it happen again, we recommend notifying support. If possible, note the time of the interruption and whether network or power loss occurred during the period, as this will assist troubleshooting.
