What is a tariff group?

A tariff group is a collection of tariffs linked to a charge point. A tariff group can have multiple tariffs associated with it.

The order of the tariffs within the group determines which tariff is applied first.

The bottom tariff is checked against the user first. If the user matches the restrictions for that tariff, it will be applied when charging starts. If the bottom tariff, for example, is restricted to a user group the user does not belong to, the system moves to the next tariff, and so on, until a matching tariff is found.

If you have created a new tariff, you can add it by clicking “Attach Tariff”. You can also adjust the order by using the up and down arrows on the left side of the tariffs.

To remove a tariff from the group, press the trash can icon to the right of the tariff name.
