My subscription is cancelled – what should I do?
If your subscription has been cancelled or stopped, it means a payment did not go through. This may apply to a subscription payment or a previous charging session.
What happens when a payment fails?
The system will attempt to charge your card several times. If payment is still not successful, your account will be temporarily locked and charging will no longer be possible.
How do I unlock my account?
To unlock your account, you must manually pay the outstanding amount in the app.
Go to Payment in the app and complete the payment.
What if the payment still doesn’t go through?
Remove your payment card from the app and add it again. The system will then retry the payment automatically.
