Compensation

Do I receive compensation if I have to charge elsewhere? 
No. Wattif does not compensate for charging at other locations, such as fast chargers, even if you were unable to charge on your home charger. This is stated in the user terms. 

Is Wattif responsible for full uptime? 
No. Wattif does not guarantee and is not responsible for 100% availability of chargers or services. Temporary outages, disruptions, and reduced capacity may occur. 

When can compensation be considered? 
Compensation may only be considered if there is a serious error or significant service failure caused by Wattif that directly prevents you from charging. Minor issues, delays, or temporary unavailability do not qualify for compensation.
